Jordan Barr is a passionate educator that has been practicing in the field of education for 11 years. He has had the opportunity to teach PK – College aged students in public, private, and non-profit spheres. As well as, general and special education settings while providing direct services to individuals, small groups, and whole-classes.

Jordan received a BS in Psychology from Florida State University. In addition, a MA in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Arizona State University. He is trained in the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy Approach from programs, like IMSE Orton-Gillingham, Heggerty, Wilson, SIPPS, UFLI, and Lindamood-Bell. Currently, Jordan dedicates his time to conducting direct services, designing curriculum, and engaging in community outreach. He also administers professional development as a literacy trainer for the University of Florida Lastinger Center, Miami Dade County Public Schools, and The Children’s Trust.
Jordan is committed to helping students thrive and achieve their goals. He also offers essential support, resources, and parent trainings to families. Each lesson is tailored to exactly fit a student’s specific needs and is guided through data driven instruction. His proven track record and expertise is exhibited by the great work he has been able to accomplish in the South Florida area.
