Dr. Ryan Strosser is an experienced mental health professional. He considers working with individuals and listening to their life stories a privilege. His commitment is with helping people achieve their goals through evidence-based treatments. Dr. Strosser has over 15 years of experience in diverse mental health settings, from residential facilities to university counseling centers. He completed his post-doctoral training at Weston Family Psychology under the guidance of Dr. Evan Mehlman. They continue to work closely together.

As a member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF) and the American Psychological Association (APA), he stays informed about the latest developments in his field.

For over a year, Dr. Strosser has dedicated his efforts to establishing mental health support in Guyana, South America. He works with various groups, including medical students, hospital staff, providers, and the police force. Dr. Strosser has traveled to Guyana multiple times, building relationships and adapting his psychological expertise to meet the unique needs and challenges of the local culture.

Humbled by the opportunity to contribute to mental health support in Guyana, he strives for positive impact and cultural adaptation in his professional practice.

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Strosser is passionate about social justice. He actively engages with people from diverse cultural and ethnic, religious, spiritual, sexuality, and gender communities in both his personal and professional endeavors. Recognizing the universal desire to be seen and loved, he seeks to understand individuals on a personal level.
